3. Mode of Payment

Donations can be made through secure online payment gateways using credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or digital wallets.
We ensure the use of trusted and secure payment processors for all online transactions.

4. Donation Receipts

All donors will receive an acknowledgement and receipt via email after a successful transaction.
Donations eligible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act will receive a separate 80G certificate within 7 working days.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In case of a technical error or incorrect amount debited, please contact us within 3 working days at support@induvikashfoundation.org or call +91 7691000000for assistance.

6. Use of Funds

Indu Vikash Foundation reserves the right to allocate donated funds where they are needed most, depending on project priorities and urgency.
