• All donations made to the foundation will be used for charitable purposes only, including but not limited to healthcare, education, food distribution, women empowerment, and skill development programs.

2. Eligibility to Donate

• You must be 18 years or older to make a donation.

• Donations can be made by individuals, corporations, institutions, or other legal entities.

3. Mode of Payment

• Donations can be made through secure online payment gateways using credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or digital wallets.

• We ensure the use of trusted and secure payment processors for all online transactions.

4. Donation Receipts

• All donors will receive an acknowledgement and receipt via email after a successful transaction.

• Donations eligible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act will receive a separate 80G certificate within 7 working days.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Donations made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Use of Funds

• Indu Vikash Foundation reserves the right to allocate donated funds where they are needed most, depending on project priorities and urgency.

• Donors may indicate a preferred cause, but the final use of funds lies at the discretion of the foundation.

• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

8. Amendment of Terms

• Indu Vikash Foundation may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
